Terms and Conditions

All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be offered unless a performance is canceled.

All patrons require a ticket regardless of age. Children age 5 & under MUST have a ticket, even if they will be sitting on a parent/guardian’s lap.

Exchanges for tickets to another performance of the same production may be offered, subject to availability. Exchanges cannot be made if your ticketed performance has already passed and exchange requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the performance for which you are requesting an exchange.

Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable time in the performance and may be asked to sit in alternative seats. There are no refunds for latecomers.

https://artsumbrelladance.tickit.ca/ is the sole authorized source for purchasing tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other source, you do so at your own risk.

Photography, video, and audio recording is strictly prohibited during performances.

By purchasing tickets, you are agreeing to adhere to these Terms & Conditions.

Your tickets are being purchased from Arts Umbrella (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
